Nicolas holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Corporate Engineering from the Institute of Business Law in Aix-en-Provence. He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2026.

Nicolas is a member of the M&A and Private Equity team at Chapter.

He primarily works on acquisitions, external growth transactions, investments, and more generally on corporate matters for investment funds and executives.

Before joining the firm, Nicolas completed several internships in companies and international law firms.
